There are many benefits to joining Digital Avatar creator community. It offers opportunities for networking, collaboration, and mentorship with other creators. Additionally, being a part of a community can provide a sense of support and encouragement, and can help you stay motivated and inspired in your creative endeavors. Membership
From aspiring hobbyist’s to seasoned professionals, everyone can join our creator community. Our members are video makers, bloggers, artists, photographers, freelancers, entrepreneurs from various disciplines and industries.
Yes, there is a membership fee for this community. The fee allows us to maintain and improve the resources and tools we offer to our members, as well as provide support and guidance to help you succeed in your creative endeavors. It also keeps the community away from spammers. We believe that the benefits of membership are well worth the cost, and we are committed to providing value to our members.
Yes, we have 3 types of membership plans:
- Silver Membership
- Gold Membership
- Platinum Membership
The benefits and perks differ for each plan. We have a complete comparison table available on our membership page.
You may only open one Digital Avatar account, using your true details. Providing fake details, details of another person, or opening multiple accounts will result in the removal of all accounts.
Billing
We do not store your credit card details. However our payment gateway partner Stripe stores your credit card details at their end and automatically charges based on the monthly/yearly subscription you have opted for.
Yes, you change your membership subscription from monthly to yearly or visa versa. This can be done easily from your account page
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan from your account page. However, if you downgrade you may loose certain benefits and there might be data loss.
For example platinum members get free mobile apps. When you downgrade the plan, your app may stop working.
Not receiving emails is often due to misspelling your email or your spam filter settings. Sometimes our emails are delayed by your email service provider.
We suggest:
* Checking spam/junk folders.
* Signing up again using the same email spelled correctly (if you misspelled your email address).
* Using a different email address.
There are a few reasons that could lead to login problems.
* You did not complete the signup process.
* You deleted your own account.
* You are using the wrong email address or you misspelled your email address (even periods make a difference: [email protected] is not the same as [email protected]).
*You entered the wrong password (click “forgot password” to set up a new password).
While we would love you to stay, you can cancel your membership anytime you wish. If you have account issues don’t hesitate to contact us first and we will do our best to resolve any technical issues.
We have a simple self-service option even for cancellation of your subscription from your account page.
Points & Rewards
Digital Avatar points system is a way to reward and recognize members of a community for their contributions and participation. Members can earn points through various actions, such as posting valuable content, helping others, or completing tasks.
There are many ways to earn points in a community. Some common methods include:
- Posting high-quality, original content that adds value to the community
- Helping other members by answering their questions or providing support
- Participating in community activities or events
- Completing tasks or challenges set by the community moderators

Points are usually awarded through automated systems.
You need to burn the points for certain activities like sharing your own content, asking a question in the forum etc.
You can also redeem the points for Digital Avatar merchandise.
Different activities in the community either gives you points or you need to burn the points.
For redemption of points towards purchase of merchandise or membership, 100 points are valued at $1.
Points do not have any material value outside the Digital Avatar ecosystem and cannot be directly redeemed for cash.
There is absolutely no limits on the amount on points you can earn. Please refer to the points page about the limits on point awards for the activities.

Digital Avatar points are not currently for sale. They are earned only with your good activities in the community.
Benefits & Perks
Once you login you will get a form to claim your benefits and perks. Just submit the details and we will help you avail them.
You can avail the benefits and perks as long as you are member of Digital Avatar.
If you cancel your membership you will loose the privileges and there might non-recoverable data loss.
